What acceptance check items shall be completed after scaffolding system erection?

Scaffolding system belongs to temporary high‑altitude working facility.Strict acceptance inspection is mandatory before workers step onto platform for construction operation.Inspection work shall be organized by site safety management personnel,combining drawing design requirement and on‑site actual condition.First item is foundation inspection.Check ground compactness,drainage condition and placement status of base plates,eliminate uneven settlement hidden danger.Second,verify frame overall dimension.Measure verticality of vertical standards and horizontal flatness of ledgers,confirm spacing between standards and ledgers conform to design drawing.Excessive vertical deviation will change internal force distribution of whole frame.Third,spot‑check coupler tightening torque with torque wrench.Nodes with insufficient or excessive torque shall be adjusted immediately.Fourth,inspect wall‑tie connection layout.Check installation quantity,spacing and firmness of wall‑tie parts,forbid missing or artificially removed wall‑tie components.Fifth,check bracing system.Cross bracing and wind bracing shall be installed in full accordance with scheme,no omission or disconnection.Sixth,inspect working platform.Scaffold planks shall be laid closely without gaps,prevent foot slipping risk.Guardrails and toe boards shall be installed completely on outer side of platform.In addition,check whether electric wiring contacts scaffolding metal frame,avoid electric leakage hazard.All inspection data shall be recorded in written acceptance document.Scaffolding system can be formally used only after acceptance passes.If unqualified items are found,construction team must carry out rectification and re‑inspection.Acceptance file shall be kept on construction site for reference.After rainstorm and strong wind weather or long‑term service,repeated partial inspection shall be implemented.Complete acceptance procedure blocks unqualified scaffolding system from being put into use and reduces high‑altitude operation risk.
