A complete and qualified tie rod system cannot rely solely on a single steel rod;it requires the coordination of multiple supporting accessories to achieve accurate positioning,stable tension,and convenient disassembly functions.The core component is the high-strength tie rod body,which is divided into full-thread tie rods and partial-thread tie rods according to processing technology.Full-thread tie rods have uniform thread distribution on the whole rod body,allowing flexible adjustment of locking positions and adapting to different wall thickness specifications,which are more widely used in modern formwork engineering.Matching wing nuts and hexagonal nuts are responsible for locking and fixing both ends of the tie rod.The wing nut is convenient for manual rapid tightening and disassembly without professional tools,improving on-site construction efficiency,while the hexagonal nut is suitable for high-load working conditions with higher locking stability.Flat washers and square washers are installed between nuts and formwork surfaces to disperse local pressure,prevent nuts from sinking into formwork panels,and avoid formwork damage and local stress concentration.Positioning cones and plastic sleeves are key accessories to realize reusable functions and improve wall forming quality.The plastic sleeve wraps the outer layer of the tie rod,isolating the steel rod from concrete mortar,preventing the tie rod from being bonded with concrete,and facilitating later extraction and turnover reuse.The positioning cone accurately controls the spacing between double-sided formworks to ensure uniform wall thickness.In waterproof concrete structures such as basements,waterproof tie rod systems with water stop rings are required.The welded water stop ring completely blocks the water seepage channel of the tie rod hole and solves the hidden danger of wall water leakage.Different component combinations correspond to different construction scenarios:ordinary tie rod systems are used for common indoor walls,while waterproof reinforced tie rod systems are exclusively for underground and humid building structures.The matching precision of all components directly determines the tension uniformity and forming effect of the formwork system.Missing or mismatched accessories will lead to formwork deformation,wall hole deviation,and even water seepage quality problems,so standardized component matching is essential in on-site construction.
