Adjustable Steel Support is an independent load‑bearing metal fitting widely adopted in cast‑in‑place concrete formwork shoring systems. It is assembled by outer steel tube, inner telescopic tube, height adjusting nut, safety locking pin, top bearing plate and bottom base plate. Each structural part undertakes separate mechanical functions. The whole assembly can realize vertical load‑bearing and continuous height adjustment independently without altering main formwork panels. Painted supports are not suitable for long‑term wet environments, as paint layers tend to peel off under friction and concrete impact. Adjustable steel support bears dead weight of formwork, fresh concrete and construction live loads.
