Q195 steel prop, also known as adjustable acrow prop, is a common telescopic shoring component for formwork and scaffolding systems. It consists of outer tube, inner tube, prop nut, safety pin, top plate and base plate. Fabricated from Q195 low‑carbon mild steel with yield strength ≥195MPa, this material features good ductility, fine weldability and competitive cost, suitable for medium‑light‑load construction sites rather than extreme heavy‑duty shoring conditions. Height adjustment is realized by telescoping inner tube inside outer tube, secured by threaded sleeve nut and safety pin. It can be fitted with square base plate, flower‑type base plate, U‑head or fork head according to site requirements.
