30/40kN steel prop

30/40kN steel prop is a standard adjustable telescopic steel support member,primarily applied to temporary formwork supporting and load-bearing stabilization in building construction.Adopting a modular telescopic structure,the component features flexible height adjustment and consistent mechanical properties to fit various construction height conditions.

Manufactured from Q345 and Q355 high-strength carbon steel,the steel prop comprises an outer steel tube,inner telescopic tube,adjustment nut,fixing cotter pin,and integrated top and bottom base plates.The uniform tube wall thickness ensures integral structural stiffness and vertical compression resistance,maintaining structural integrity without deformation under rated working load.

The component supports two graded load-bearing specifications of 30kN and 40kN,satisfying the basic load demands of floor slab,structural beam and conventional formwork support systems.Designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 1065 standard specifications,the product features standardized dimensional parameters and reliable mechanical stability within the rated extension range.

Height adjustment is realized via precision-matched adjustment nuts and reserved pin holes.The pin-positioning limiting structure effectively prevents displacement and slippage during service,guaranteeing overall structural stability after height adjustment.Thickened one-piece top and bottom base plates provide flat and uniform stress surfaces,enabling uniform dispersion of vertical load and reducing concentrated pressure on contact surfaces.
