Steel Prop Factory is professional production base of adjustable steel props(acrow props)for concrete formwork vertical shoring.It covers full production workflow from raw steel pipe incoming inspection,pipe cutting,automatic welding,thread rolling,assembling,surface treatment to finished goods packing.The factory produces light‑duty,medium‑duty and heavy‑duty steel props of Spanish type,Italian type,British type and Middle‑East style.Each prop is assembled with outer tube,inner tube,prop nut,safety pin,top plate and base plate.Raw material options include Q195,Q235 and Q345 carbon steel according to client load requirements.Available tube combinations include 40/48mm,48/56mm,48/60mm,wall thickness ranges 1.5mm‑3.0mm,adjustable working height covers 0.6m‑5.0m.Top and bottom accessories can be selected:square base plate,flower base plate,flat head,U‑head and fork head.The factory supports OEM service including customer logo embossing or printing,special sizes and customized surface colors.Multiple anti‑corrosion finishes are available:hot‑dip galvanized,electro‑galvanized,powder coated and painted.It can provide material test certificates,SGS mechanical test reports and CE documents complying with EN1065 standard upon buyers’request.Strict in‑house quality control runs through each procedure to eliminate welding cracks,tube bending,thread damage and plate deformation.Seaworthy export packing includes steel strapping bundles,steel pallets and wooden pallets for container shipment.Both standard batch orders and customized OEM orders are acceptable with negotiable MOQ。

Core dimensional parameters are strictly controlled during factory production.Outer‑inner tube matching dimension,wall thickness,thread specification and base‑plate dimension shall conform to drawing and order requirements.Dimension mismatch will cause local stress concentration and hidden safety hazards.Factory‑made steel props can meet EN1065 European standard requirements.Third‑party compression‑load inspection can be arranged.Good component interchangeability enables matching with various formwork accessories for different regional construction markets。

Complete quality control system is implemented in steel prop factory.Every production batch undergoes visual inspection and sampling compression tests.Inspection scope includes welding seam quality,tube straightness,thread condition and coating integrity.Re‑used steel props require stricter on‑site inspection.Even with intact outward appearance,invisible metal fatigue may accumulate after repeated compression cycles and cannot be judged merely by visual observation.Props with tube bending,weld crack and structural deformation must be rejected.Secondary destructive modification including arbitrary cutting,welding and hole‑drilling on finished steel props is strictly forbidden.Unauthorized alteration will void factory performance guarantee。
