Steel Prop

30/40kN steel prop is a kind of adjustable steel shoring component,widely used for temporary load-bearing support in construction formwork engineering.The product adopts segmented telescopic structure,with stable mechanical performance and adjustable height,adapting to different construction elevation requirements.

This steel prop is made of high-strength carbon steel materials such as Q345/Q355.The overall structure consists of outer tube,inner telescopic tube,adjusting nut,cotter pin and integrated top and bottom base plates.The pipe wall is uniform in thickness,with good structural rigidity and compression resistance,which can effectively resist vertical pressure and avoid deformation under rated load.

The product is designed with graded bearing capacity,with a rated working load of 30kN and 40kN,meeting the load-bearing requirements of conventional floor slab,beam and formwork support scenarios.It complies with EN 1065 relevant industry standards,with standardized structural size and force-bearing parameters,and stable bearing performance within the allowable extension range.

The height of the steel prop can be adjusted freely within the specified range through the matching adjusting nut and pin hole positioning structure.The pin hole positioning is accurate,and the limiting structure can prevent dislocation and sliding during use,ensuring the structural stability of the extended support state.The top and bottom base plates are thickened and integrally formed,with flat and uniform stress-bearing surface,which can disperse vertical load and reduce local pressure on the contact base surface.

The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing or painting process.The galvanized layer has uniform thickness,which can isolate air and moisture,reduce surface oxidation and corrosion,and adapt to outdoor and humid construction environments.The painted surface can cover welding marks and surface imperfections,improving the overall surface uniformity of the product.
